The power station gate valve is suitable for working environments with a pressure rating of 1500-3500 and an operating temperature of -29°-570°. The power station gate valve is usually used in oil transportation pipelines, chemical pipelines and thermal power station pipelines. Its main function is to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. There are three common modes of operation: handwheel, turbine and electric.

The power station gate valve adopts a pressure self-tight sealing structure, which will make the pressure and sealing performance proportional. In simple terms, the higher the pressure inside the valve, the higher the sealing performance will be. The two ends of the power station gate valve are welded links, so it is more convenient to use on different pipelines
The sealing surface of the power station gate valve is surfaced with STL material, which can make the sealing surface have higher hardness, so as to achieve the purpose of wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The surface of the power station gate valve stem is nitrided, which will help the valve stem to have better anti-corrosion and anti-friction properties; it is safer and used on the pipeline for a long time.
